Cancellation Policy

1. Requesting a Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact MakerCub as soon as possible. You may request a cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation requests are subject to approval.
2. Orders in Production
Because our products are 3D printed, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel your order.
3. Orders That Have Shipped
Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled. Please see our Return & Replacement Policy for information about broken or defective products.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If we approve your cancellation, any applicable refund will be sent to your original payment method. Refund processing times may depend on your payment provider. Nothing in this policy removes any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
5. If MakerCub Cannot Fulfill Your Order
If MakerCub cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund required by applicable law.
