1. Orders and Payments
By placing an order with MakerCub, you agree to provide accurate information. Orders are subject to product availability. Payment must be completed before we begin processing your order. We may cancel an order if there is a payment problem or a product is unavailable. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide any options required by applicable law.
2. Products and Pricing
MakerCub sells 3D-printed products. We try to make product descriptions, photographs, and prices as accurate as possible. Because products are 3D printed, small differences in appearance may occur. Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
3. Shipping and Delivery
MakerCub currently ships within the United States. Our processing time is usually 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipping. Shipping costs are a flat $4.99 per order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide any options required by law.
4. Returns and Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests for products that arrive broken or defective. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide a photo showing the problem. For approved claims, MakerCub will cover required return shipping costs. Replacements are our usual solution. Nothing in this policy removes any rights customers have under applicable law.
5. Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it ships. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled. If we approve a cancellation, any applicable refund will be sent to the original payment method. If MakerCub cannot fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and provide any refund required by law.
6. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping their passwords secure. Customers should notify us if they believe someone has accessed their account without permission. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or misuse.
7. Acceptable Website Use
Customers must use the MakerCub website lawfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access accounts without permission, or submit false information.
8. Intellectual Property
MakerCub's original website content, branding, photographs, and designs belong to MakerCub or their respective owners. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission.
9. Liability and Customer Rights
MakerCub will comply with applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove rights or protections that customers have under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our store changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
